St. Philip Neri

Summer Camp

Where Faith and Fun Come Together

A Message from SPN Summer Camp

Though we had to cancel camp last summer due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we are planning to host camp in the summer of 2021, Lord willing. Preparations for Summer Camp 2021 are well underway. Our hope is that the virus will have passed by then and camp will go on as it did in 2019. Nonetheless, we will continue to monitor Health Department regulations with the intention of conducting a camp that is both safe and fun. So we hope that you will consider being a part of St. Philip Neri Summer Camp 2021.

However, if circumstances should make such a camp experience impossible, we will issue full refunds to all registrants.

Sincerely,

Timothy M. Feeney

Evangelization Director / Camp Director

St. Philip Neri Camp Program is a 9-week camp run by a team of parish ministers, including...

  • Timothy Feeney: Executive Director, Director of Evangelization

  • Hilary Bateman: Assistant Director, Youth Minister for St. Philip Neri Parish

  • Matteo Santi Amantini: Assistant Director, Youth Minister for St. Clement Parish

  • Carla Ratlif: Assistant Director,

... and young adult Camp Ministers, and Volunteers.

SPNSC participants range in age from 4 to 12 years old. Our camp offers volunteer positions for high school-age youth ages 14 - 17. Our Camp Ministers consist of young adult leaders, ages 18 - 22. Our Camp Minister program is dedicated to empowering a team of paid young adults to plan and implement classes, sports, and activities for campers.

Our camps include sports, theater, crafts, and many more - all at affordable rates.  More importantly, our young adult staff are selected for their Christian character to serve as positive role models for the campers. They also participate in daily spiritual formation while gaining leadership experience.

The SPNSC is an open parish summer camp, meaning children from the parish, school, and/or the surrounding area can participate. Campers and their families do not have the be Catholic to participate; however, the camp will be operated according to Catholic Christian principles. The camp will be fun and safe for all who participate.
